Other Verification Requests Requests for Nurse Anesthesia Education Program Transcripts and Certification and Recertification Verification to State Board of Nursing can be made through the Online Certification Portal and Online Recertification Portal. Students and certified nurse anesthetists may use the Online Certification Portal to make these requests. Recertified nurse anesthetists may use the Online Recertification Portal to submit these requests. Individuals requesting transcripts must pay $50 per transcript at the time of request through the respective portal.
