The online certification portal is now available to all programs that wish to pay electronically for NCE and SEE examinations! Click the link below for direct access. Program Directors - prepare your students and staff by providing them the Program Director and Student portal instructions found in the Special Resources for Program Directors section below. Beginning January 1, 2012 all payments for exams must be made electronically through the portal.

Important Notice about Changes in NCE Retake Application Processing
NCE Retake Applications with cashier's checks or money orders will only be accepted if they are received in the NBCRNA office no later than December 22, 2011. After this date, all NCE retake applicants must go to the NBCRNA Online Certification Portal to submit electronic payment of the examination fee.
After the examination fee has been paid online, applicants must still submit the paper application form, copy of current RN license and the notarized Applicant Photo ID form (only for those who have not submitted a photo within the last calendar year) to the NBCRNA office before processing can begin.
Applicants who are not successful on the NCE will receive instructions on how to register to log on to the Online Certification Portal and how to use the secure site to pay the fee by major credit card, Paypal account, or e-check.
